Cancellation/Refund Policy

ASL Interactive Online Course Refund Policy: All online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes CEU activities such as PINRAs and Independent Study purchases and other activities.

ASL Interactive Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

ASL Interactive (ASLI) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership to ASLI.

If ASLI refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $5 service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via the cancellation request form, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the ASLI. Any course completion certificates and Continuing Education Units completed under membership before the cancellation/refund will not be processed.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all ASLI memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

ASLI Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

ASL Interactive (ASLI) reserves the right to cancel events due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If ASLI cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, ASLI has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event. This does not apply to online courses.  Online courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Registration cancellations for individual courses must be received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline through the online cancellation form.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and the transaction number.

ASLI and Product Refund/Return Policy

Products provided/sold by ASLI partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.

Products which are software or downloadable from the ASLI website or provided media (online dictionary, flash cards, learning activities, etc) are non-refundable.
