When do you use the sign HOT?

HOT warns about coffee, complains about summer, and rates salsa. Temperature words are among the most reached-for descriptions in daily life, and this one spans kitchens and weather reports alike. Cooks and baristas warn with it, and everyone else complains with it through July and August.

The challenge places it in Lesson 194, deep in Book 6.
