TIME — variant 2

When do you use the sign TIME?
TIME asks what time it is, laments where the day went, and schedules everything in between. It anchors the clock-and-calendar vocabulary of Lesson 31, where DAY and the weekdays gather around it.
Lesson 31 of the challenge teaches it in the time set.
