When do you use THANK YOU in ASL?
Gratitude does a lot of work in any language. THANK YOU closes transactions at a store, ends conversations warmly, and acknowledges a favor. Pair it with PLEASE and SORRY and you have the courtesy set that makes early signing feel natural instead of abrupt.
